Maria Cecilia Milesi

Cecilia is a sociologist (Argentina, UBA, hons) and has postgraduate studies in Conflict Resolution (SOAS, University of London). From the age of 20 I coordinate programs and research for important Argentine and international organizations in education, rights, international cooperation and active citizenship (SES Foundation, Synergos, MLAL, FLACSO, CENOC, ProyectArte). In 2005, she decided to create Subir al Sur with the desire that more young Argentines and the world have the opportunity, like her, to learn through local-global volunteering. His entrepreneurial attitude has been recognized by organizations Stringout UK and Echoing Green. He currently lives in London where he works for Amnesty International (International Secretariat) and studies hybrid systems of justice and conflict resolution, especially in Somaliland, East Africa.

Anja Stuckert
Anja Stuckert, who has a PhD in education, has more than 20 years of work experience in youth participation, gender equality and international development. In August she started as General Secretary of the ICYE International Office in Berlin. He worked with Plan International in different positions. Anja is passionate about social justice, inclusion and youth participation in social change. She has experience working on programs and campaigns that address the root causes of poverty, discrimination and exclusion in various countries in Asia, Latin America and Africa.

He carried out extension in his primary studies, thus being a Specialist in UBA Endodontics and a Specialist in UBA Prosthodontics. Academically, he fulfills the functions of Regular JTP of the Endodontics Chair of the UBA and Professor of the Specialization in Endodontics UBA.

For more than 20 years, he was in charge of volunteer coordination at the Argentine Red Cross, working in this role in various emergency and disaster situations. He currently coordinates the training of volunteers for the different activities carried out by the organization.
