Project objectives

El proyecto es para las comunidades donde por razones ambientales, sociales o políticas; los ciudadanos luchan para combatir las desigualdades sociales. El objetivo es ayudar a personas que día a día luchan para combatir estas problemáticas.

 

En este sentido, los objetivos del proyecto son crear un cambio social sostenible a través de la creación de relaciones e implementando estrategias de de sistemas y estructuras que puedan proporcionar una plataforma de transición entre la subsistencia y el mantenimiento de una buena calidad de vida para que cada persona pueda apoyar a las nuevas generaciones en la creación de comunidades saludables y habitables como plan para las generaciones futuras.

El proyecto provee comida todo los días para los niños y los jóvenes en un barrio pobre de Avellaneda. Organiza talleres de arte y culturales.

 

community context 

En Buenos Aires, 1/3 de los jóvenes que tienen menos de17 años viven debajo de la línea de pobreza. Esta estadística es determinada sin tomar en cuenta otros factores como el acceso a la educación, a la asistencia médica, a un ambiente seguro, un alojamiento adecuado, derechos, oportunidades, o seguridad social. La realidad es que más de 1/3 de estos niños viven sin necesidades básicas satisfechas.

Areas de los voluntarios

Voluntarios deberán

 

  • Ayudar durante las actividades cotidianas de cocina, comida sana con todos y con los voluntarios locales
  • Ayudar en los talleres y organizar talleres culturales, artísticos y nutricionales para los jóvenes y compartir la comida con ellos con el objetivo de crear conciencia sobre la importancia de mantener una comida saludable
  • Volunteers will have meetings every week to talk about some issues and better understand their social interventions as volunteers. As well as to better understand the social, historical, political and economic background of Argentina
  • There are activities organized by volunteers to have exchanges, such as festivals, workshops at school, etc.

Anja Stuckert
Anja Stuckert, who has a PhD in education, has more than 20 years of work experience in youth participation, gender equality and international development. In August she started as General Secretary of the ICYE International Office in Berlin. He worked with Plan International in different positions. Anja is passionate about social justice, inclusion and youth participation in social change. She has experience working on programs and campaigns that address the root causes of poverty, discrimination and exclusion in various countries in Asia, Latin America and Africa.

He carried out extension in his primary studies, thus being a Specialist in UBA Endodontics and a Specialist in UBA Prosthodontics. Academically, he fulfills the functions of Regular JTP of the Endodontics Chair of the UBA and Professor of the Specialization in Endodontics UBA.
