Because we choose to volunteer!

My name is Karina Cáceres, I'm 25 years old I was born in Asunción - Paraguay, and I live in Buenos Aires six years ago I migrated to Argentina to study International Relations, to volunteer is also to be a migrant of the world, is to know new experiences and learnings, places and landscapes, understand new cultures, learn new languages.

After almost two days of traveling, I arrived in Sofia, Ivo (Director) and David (volunteer) were waiting for me at the airport. I started my new experience in Bulgaria for two months as a volunteer. Hours later I met the other young volunteers from different parts of the planet Turkey, Italy, Nigeria, Nepal.

Our main task is to help people with physical and mental disabilities over 18 years. The most important thing is to understand that volunteering is to have and give yourself the opportunity to help others regardless of social and economic, cultural and religious conditions, and work for a common solidarity project and learn from each other.
